The glass pastes were developed for AlN substrates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<style>.acf-product-sub-details .psb-card{ flex: 0 1 calc(50% - 20px); } .acf-product-sub-details { margin-bottom: 20px; }<\/style><div class=\"acf-product-sub-details\"><div class=\"psb-card\"><div class=\"psb-card-inner\"><h5 class=\"psb-name\">FK4027<\/h5><p class=\"psb-desc\">The encapsulation paste FK4027 is applied as a protective film onto thick-film resistors of the FK9600 and FK9900M resistor paste series, and onto its contacts. This prevents resistance drifts which could result from environmental factors, such as high air humidity or slight mechanical abrasion. Where high film thicknesses are required, the paste should be processed in multiple separate screen printing and firing steps.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"psb-card\"><div class=\"psb-card-inner\"><h5 class=\"psb-name\">FKM4000<\/h5><p class=\"psb-desc\">The FKM4000 marking paste system is used to apply marking, labels and logos onto AlN substrates.
